Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The South Sumatra Legislative Council (DPRD) criticized the Budget Financing Remaining Fund (SiLPA) for the 2021 fiscal year (TA) from all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) and Commission II partners, which amounted to Rp17,357,638,207.00 which was quite large.
The South Sumatra DPRD requested that the silpa funds be returned to the OPD and related partners.
Chairman of the Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) of South Sumatra Hj RA Anita Noeringhati asked the Provincial Government to ask the South Sumatran Governor to return the silpa to the OPD and related partners.
This was revealed after the 51st South Sumatra DPRD Plenary Meeting with the agenda for submitting a report on the results of discussions and research on the accountability report for the implementation of the South Sumatra Provincial Budget for the 2021 fiscal year, on the third floor of the South Sumatra DPRD Building, Monday (4/7).
“Silpa is to be returned to OPD-OPD, but actually that will be for the future, because we have already entered the 2021 silpa, khan, in 2022, the wishes of the commissions, especially from Commission II, if there will be a 2022 silpa to be returned to Commission II,” she said.
For budget absorption in 2021, according to Golkar Party politicians, it is good only for PU Bina Marga, PU Perkim there are BPK findings that lack volume to be resolved immediately.
“We hope in the future that all these programs must be in line with the RPJMD, especially next year 20223 will be the last year of the Governor of South Sumatra 2018-2023, our hope is for the discussion of the 2023 APBD later, what has been achieved, the last goal of the governor’s position,” she said.
For the RPJM, according to her, South Sumatra has entered its fifth year, yesterday there was a change because the Governor of South Sumatra still prioritizes infrastructure every year.
“Because in reality infrastructure is very important, with good infrastructure the economy can run smoothly,” she said. (ojn/ril)
