Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The Government of South Sumatra Province (South Sumatra) again received assistance for handling COVID 19 in South Sumatra Province, this time the assistance was present from PT Ghemmi (Gou Hua Energi Musi Makmur Indonesia) Mr. Fu Yuelong handed over 70,000 medical masks, 400 KN 95 masks, 1,200 goggles, 6,000 rubber gloves, and 1,200 Dupont limited-Use protective clothing.
Located at Graha Bina Praja South Sumatra Provincial Government (19/6) Afternoon, the Governor of South Sumatra Province H. Herman Deru expressed his gratitude to PT Ghemmi, which has contributed fully to complete the facilities and infrastructure of the Hospital in South Sumatra Province in handling COVID 19.
“I will not knock on any institution’s door to care about caring for this COVID, but come with conscience and real action. it means we don’t have to make this as a place to look for names, we make this as a humanitarian action against anyone, both formal institutions and business entities, let’s do it because it’s really the conscience that speaks, “he said
He emphasized that every leader must never take steps to make policies without data, because according to him the data is important as a formula for making major policies relating to the public.
“We certainly have to count in every policy based on data, we all want to rise, I appreciate this, police and regional heads for maximum performance with results that never betrayed our efforts,” he added
Then in his speech also, Herman Deru conveyed his full appreciation of medical staff and health workers who have tried their best to provide care to COVID patients who are in South Sumatra Province.
“This is where we work when our conscience speaks whatever our profession, I represent the people of the Province of South Sumatra to thank all donors, I am grateful to be a leader in a province whose people obey the rules, medical personnel is sincere,” he concluded. (ray/rel)
