Around 160,107,111 residents have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Jakarta, The Indonesia Post – The Indonesian Ministry of Health reported that 160,107,111 Indonesians had been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as of Monday, April 4, 2022.

A press release from the Ministry of Health received by ANTARA in Jakarta, Monday, said the number of residents who received the two doses of the vaccine had increased by 118,944 people.

The number of recipients of the first dose of vaccine increased by 7,907 people so that it is now 196,880,116 people.

The Ministry of Health also said that the recipients of the third vaccine dose increased by 409,589 people so that it had reached 24,045,810 people.

In addition to announcing the latest data on recipients of the first, second and third doses of vaccine, the Ministry of Health also released a vaccination target of 208,265,720 people.

On Monday, there was an increase in the number of positive confirmed cases of COVID-19 as many as 1,661 cases in the country.

Meanwhile, the increase in the number of patients who recovered from COVID-19 transmission nationwide today reached 7,355 patients.

Then the increase in the number of patients who died due to COVID-19 was recorded at 61 patients.

Nationally, the number of active cases fell by 5,755 cases to 90,235 active cases.

The number of specimens examined today was 129,866 specimens with a positivity rate of 2.63 percent. (mhn/bbs)
