Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The Governor of South Sumatra H. Herman Deru confirmed the Company’s Independent Commissioner and Operational Director of the Company PT Bank Sumsel Babel (BSB).
The inauguration of the Independent Commissioner of PT BSB Normandi Akil was based on a shareholder decision outside the GMS of PT BSB No 24 dated 16 March 2023. And the Operational Director of PT BSB Arief Yulianto according to the results of the GMS of PT BSB No 24 dated 16 March 2023.
Herman Deru said the inauguration was carried out to emphasize the moral burden for officials who were inaugurated for both commissioners and directors. HD emphasized that the Governor of South Sumatra has an interest in making BSB even more proud.
“I want this bank to progress with even faster progress. BSB has extraordinary privileges in all its steps, from marketing to operations. And has the flexibility and convenience that no other bank has,” he said.
According to HD, this is an opportunity for BSB to be even more proud by making a major contribution to the region. So far, BSB has had good performance progress.
“It’s not that our performance is not good enough, but that our competitors are much more formidable. Don’t be easily satisfied in the current comfort zone. Work needs to be collective. Improve services to be fast, high-tech and competitive. Marketing patterns need to be modernized,” he said.
Banking progress is not seen from profit alone. But it is also related to the welfare obtained by HR. Because welfare will support the optimization of human resource performance that is feasible and able to compete. And all are also supported by the ethics and morals of human resources. (mhn/ril)
