Palembang, TheIndonesiaPost – Governor of South Sumatra Herman Deru SH.MM received a hearing from the Regional Management of the South Sumatra Land Acting Association (IPPAT) Official in his office. Through this meeting, HD (Herman Deru) hopes that IPPAT and the Regional Government will be more synergized.
On that occasion the Chairman of the Regional Management Association of Land Actors (IPPAT) Firlandia Muchtar SH.SPn reported several things. Among them is the calculation of fees for acquiring land and/or building rights (BPHTB) in a number of regency/city government areas in South Sumatra that have not followed the existing provisions.
“As a result, we often have difficulty when validating,” he explained.
According to Firlandia, if this continues, it is vulnerable to harm to the community. Therefore, he asked the Provincial Government in this matter the Governor of South Sumatra to immediately address the issue.
Responding to that South Sumatra Governor H.Herman Deru said, consistency was needed from the local government to overcome these obstacles. For that, he makes sure to immediately circulate all Regencies / Cities in South Sumatra as legal certainty.
“In the beginning, my idea was also set at the minimum value. The rule is that you must use transaction value or NJOP, “said HD.
In addition to making a circular, HD also ensures that the regional head will immediately re-activate BPHTB payments online throughout South Sumatra.
According to HD, the Notaries and the Official Land Deed Maker (IPPAT) are government partners and have a hand in donating PAD to the government in terms of the management of community land certificates. Therefore, the provincial government should provide support.
