COVID-19 Task Force reports 23.6 million people get booster vaccinations

Jakarta, The Indonesia Post – The COVID-19 Task Force reported that 23,636,221 people had received booster vaccinations or the third dose, according to data received in Jakarta, Sunday.

As many as 61,739 people today have received the third dose of COVID-19 vaccine, then 37,176 people have received the second vaccination, bringing the total population who have received the full dose of vaccine to 159,988,167.

Then the recipients of the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine have covered 196.872,209 people.

The Task Force noted that there was an additional 21,872 new recipients of the COVID-19 vaccine today.

The government is still targeting 208,265,720 Indonesians as targets for the COVID-19 vaccine to form communal immunity. (mhn/bbs)
