Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The event began with Healthy Heart Gymnastics with the General Chairperson of the Indonesian Heart Foundation, the Main Branch of South Sumatra, Hj. Fauziah Mawardi is also inaugurating the board of the Dahlia Healthy Heart Club (KJS) for the 2020-2023 Service Period which is located on Jalan jl. Ramakasih, Bambang Utoyo.
In her speech, Hj. Fauziah congratulated Dahlia’s Healthy Heart Club (KJS) “I hope I can carry out this mandate as well as possible”.
Hj. Fauziah appreciated this inauguration, where the board of the Healthy Heart Club (KJS) Dahlia who was inaugurated were the elders and community leaders in Ilir Timur II District.
She hopes that this KJS can support the Government in the Health Sector, especially heart exercise, which is one way to maintain heart health and always implement the Five Heart Efforts, namely balanced nutrition, get rid of cigarettes, avoid stress, monitor blood pressure, exercise regularly, she added.
She added that the Healthy Heart Club (KJS) is a place to practice heart exercises for the surrounding community as well as a gathering place.
At the end of her speech, Hj. Fauziah gave a message “I hope that this KJS will become an exemplary KJS and an example for other KJS”. she said.
