PALEMBANG, The Indonesia Post – Governor of South Sumatra Province, H Herman Deru said, the existence of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) is needed as a forum to accommodate young entrepreneurs in South Sumatra.
Deru explained, HIMPI Sumsel must embrace all young entrepreneurs and not become an exclusive organization or only for certain people.
“HIMPI must be an organization owned by all young entrepreneurs, not an exclusive organization. And the government is behind it to lead them to become big entrepreneurs who can provide guidance for young entrepreneurs who are entrepreneurs,” said HD after opening the South Sumatra HIPMI Musdalub at Excelton Hotel. Palembang, (21/11/20).
HD also invited the HIPMI management who will be elected in the Musda to carry out various innovations so that they can have an effect on all levels of society.”So the committee must be a kaloborative, which accommodates all parties. Do not look exclusive, occasionally do activities touching the micro realm,” he said.
HD explained that being a businessman is a noble profession because it can provide jobs for other people who need work. “Hopefully the management of this organization is serious about working, and has a positive impact on the progress of its members,” he said.
HD also invited HIPMI of South Sumatra to clarify management issues such as dealing with MSMEs by doing a lot of coordination and communication so that it runs smoothly.
“Currently, competition is very competitive, so that business actors are required to innovate, make system and management improvements, and must be smart to see opportunities that develop in accordance with technological advances,” he hoped. (mhn/ril)
