Jakarta, The Indonesia Post – President Joko Widodo becomes the Inspector of the Commemoration of the Seconds of the Proclamation of 2022 at the Merdeka Palace, Jakarta, Wednesday.
President Jokowi and Mrs. Iriana Joko Widodo wearing traditional clothes from Buton, Southeast Sulawesi. President Jokowi wore red and white clothes, while the First Lady wore bright blue and gold.
The Team of the Pusaka Flag-Raising Troops (Paskibraka) in charge of flying the Red and White Flag at the Commemoration Ceremony of the Seconds of the Proclamation of Indonesian Independence is the Tough Pancasila Team.
I Dewa Ayu Firsty Meita Dewanggi who is a representative from Central Java Province was chosen as the bearer of the Red and White Flag. Currently, he is studying at SMA Negeri 2 Kudus.
The other three from Group 8 in charge of raising the flag are Rafly Tri Aditama as Commander of Group 8 representing Central Kalimantan Province, Mario Adhiyaksa Sihombing as flag bearer representing North Sumatra Province, and Bramantya Rizky Wiratama as flag hoist representing West Java Province.
Meanwhile, Marine Colonel (F) Andike Sry Mutia S. Sos, was appointed Commander of the Commemoration Ceremony of the Proclamation of Independence of the Republic of Indonesia. Currently, he serves as the Commander of the Marine Education Center of the Marine Operations Education Command, the Indonesian Navy’s Education and Training Doctrine Development Command.
Acting as the Paskibraka Company Commander was Captain Inf. Arya Dwinanda Wijayendra, S. ST. Han. Currently, he serves as the Commander of Rifle Company A Yonmek 202/Tajimalela Mechanized Brigade 1 PAM Capital/JS Kodam Jaya.
Acting as Ceremonial Officer was Brigadier General Novi Helmy Prasetya. Born in Bangkalan, 10 November 1971, currently serves as Chief of Staff of the Permanent Garrison I/Jakarta. He graduated from the Military Academy in 1993.
The 2022 Paskibraka, whose members come from representatives of each province in Indonesia, were previously inaugurated by President Joko Widodo on Monday, August 15, 2022, at the Merdeka Palace Courtyard, Jakarta. A total of 68 youths have said the Pledge of Indonesian Sons and are ready to carry out their duties this morning. (mhn/bbs)
