Palembang, The Indonesia Post – Acting (Acting) Governor of South Sumatra Agus Fatoni appreciated the police for continuing to communicate and synergize in carrying out their duties and functions, especially to the South Sumatra Police Traffic Director, Police Commissioner M Pratama Adhyasastra and his staff.
“We would like to thank you for continuing to communicate and coordinate well,” said Fatoni when receiving the Traffic Director of the South Sumatra Police, Commissioner Pol M Pratama Adhyasastra in the South Sumatra Governor’s Living Room, Wednesday (20/3/2024).
On this occasion, Fatoni invited the South Sumatra Police Traffic Directorate to continue to work together to maximize tax payments both in the community and in companies.
Fatoni said that the orderly payment of taxes carried out by the community will have an impact on Regional Original Income (PAD), this is none other than the people of South Sumatra themselves in increasing development in the infrastructure sector and other fields.
Meanwhile, the Director of Traffic for the South Sumatra Police, Commissioner Pol M Pratama Adhyasastra, expressed his gratitude to the Governor of South Sumatra, saying that his party will continue to work together with the South Sumatra Provincial Government through the South Sumatra Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda).
He said that in order to maximize motor vehicle tax payments, his party has also prepared the E-Signal Application.
This application makes it easier for customers to take care of STNK extensions, tax information and vehicle tax payments online. This is expected to make it easier for people to pay their annual motor vehicle tax.
“In the future we will also carry out good control which we will carry out through police operations and will carry out operations in the form of inspections,” he said.
He will also be ready to support and endorse whatever policy Acting Governor Agus Fatoni has in maximizing motor vehicle tax payments.
“We are ready to follow up on the governor’s directions,” he concluded. (mhn/ril)
