Palembang, The Indonesia Post – In order to establish harmony and synergy between institutions, Acting Governor Elen Setiadi attended the Friendly Evening of the Acting Governor and the Forkopimda of South Sumatra Province with the Chairperson and Commissioner of the Indonesian Judicial Commission (KY). Griya Agung, Palembang (5/08/2024).
Elen Setiadi in his speech said that the cooperation so far has been very helpful in enforcing the law in the South Sumatra Province, so he expressed his gratitude for the synergy and support for development in South Sumatra.
“Cooperation with KY is very helpful in enforcing the law in South Sumatra and this is very helpful for several institutions, for that cooperation will be strengthened, and we ask for support, Prof., to continue the construction of the Sriwijaya mosque,” he said
In the same agenda, the Chairperson of the Indonesian Judicial Commission, Prof. Amzulian Rifai, said that we must continue to improve public services to the community, where if public services are good, the bureaucracy in that area will also be good, he emphasized the importance of upholding law and justice in this country.
“If the government is good, the bureaucracy is also good, the level of corruption will definitely be low, vice versa, it’s not that we are better but the public’s demands must be better so there is no choice for us other than to improve performance, there are important efforts in our joint role to align public perceptions of better justice,” he hoped.
The friendly evening was seen with full harmony and familiarity where the Chairman of the Indonesian Judicial Commission, Prof. Amzulian Rifai, actually came from the South Sumatra region, namely the city of Lubuk Linggau.
