Acting Governor Fatoni received the Head of the South Sumatra Province Ombudsman Representative

Palembang, The Indonesia Post – Acting (Pj) Governor of South Sumatra (Sumsel) Agus Fatoni supports the South Sumatra Provincial Ombudsman in supervising public services. He expressed this when receiving an audience from the Head of South Sumatra Province Ombudsman Representative M. Adrian Agustiansyah and his staff at Griya Agung, Palembang, South Sumatra, Wednesday (12/6/2024).

Fatoni expressed his welcome and thanks for the invitation to the Pre-Assessment Entry Meeting Workshop on Public Service Implementation which will be held in South Sumatra. This is because, according to him, the assessment carried out by the Ombudsman is very important to improve public services.

“We continue to be committed together in this assessment to continue to improve public services, which is very important,” said Fatoni.

Regarding the input submitted by the Ombudsman regarding the implementation of New Student Registration (PPDB) in South Sumatra, Fatoni specifically said that this was a concern for his party to improve in the future.

“We received this input and will discuss it together. “We continue to improve it so that it becomes more perfect,” he concluded.

On this occasion, the Chief Representative of the South Sumatra Province Ombudsman, M. Adrian Agustiansyah, said that his visit was for the purpose of friendship and at the same time invited the Acting Governor of South Sumatra, Agus Fatoni, to attend the Pre-Assessment Entry Meeting Workshop on Public Service Delivery on June 20 2024.

“We hope that this activity will be attended by the Governor of South Sumatra and give a speech,” said Adrian.

Also accompanying the Acting Governor Agus Fatoni, Assistant I for Government and Social Affairs of the South Sumatra Regional Secretariat Edward Candra, Acting Head of the South Sumatra Education Department Sutoko along with other Heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) or their representatives.
