The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the South Sumatra Provincial Government and the South Sumatra High Court on Civil Law and State Administrative Law Issues, at Griya Agung, Tuesday (11/10) was officially carried out by the Governor of South Sumatra H. Herman Deru and South Sumatra Kajati Sarjono Turin SH.MH.

This signing was acknowledged by the Governor of South Sumatra, Herman Deru, as a breath of fresh air for the South Sumatra Provincial Government, especially in resolving the issue of South Sumatra’s assets.

Through the moment of signing the Collective Agreement, he also asked the Head of Regional Apparatus and the BUMD Directors to take an inventory of legal issues in their respective agencies and if deemed necessary to request legal assistance and opinion from the South Sumatra High Prosecutor’s Office as the State Attorney.

In addition to immediately resolving the issue of the provincial government’s assets which are controlled by unauthorized people, this agreement is also expected to be a bulwark for the birth of various Perkada products.

One thing that is quite a concern for the current government settlement is the Cinde Market. According to him, the provincial government certainly wants to build this with its own budget with the APBD, but to carry out the development it is necessary to stabilize land ownership first. (ojn/ril)
