Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The coordination meeting led by the Regional Secretary of South Sumatra Province H. Nasrun Umar, represented by Karo Hukum & HAM H. Syahrullah, was carried out in order to meet the needs of clean drinking water for the community in developing a drinking water supply system (SPAM).
The Coordination Meeting regarding the Memorandum of Understanding for the South Sumatra Regional Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) was held between the South Sumatra Provincial Government and the Regency / City in the Sekda Meeting Room, Monday (15/2/2021).
“This is done because the form of South Sumatra Provincial Government’s concern for the community will need clean water,” he said Clearly, this MoU is the first (1st) stage between the Provincial Government of South Sumatra and the Palembang City government, Banyuasin Regency Government and Ogan Ilir Regency Government regarding government cooperation with business entities in providing infrastructure for the Regional Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) of South Sumatra Province.
“The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding is to meet the needs of drinking water for the community and to implement better drinking water services for the community,” he concluded.
Also present representing the South Sumatra Provincial Government, representing Palembang, Banyuasin Regency Government and representing the Ogan Ilir Regency Government. (mhn/ril)
