Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The South Sumatra Provincial Legislative Council (DPRD) held a Plenary Session with the agenda of changing the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD Attachments / Council Equipment (AKD) for the 2019-2024 Term, Monday (30/05/2022)
The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the DPRD of South Sumatra Province, Hj. RA. Anita Noeringhati, SH.MH and accompanied by the vice chairman Kartika Sandra Desi, SH and H. Muchendi Mahzareki, SH. also present from the government Pj. Regional Secretary S.A Supriyono along with OPD and other invited guests.
The chairman of the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD in his speech said that the amendment to the AKD had been regulated in the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD Rules of Procedure that every two and a half years the equipment could be changed according to the proposals of each faction, where the DPRD leadership had submitted a letter to the leaders of the factions. to convey the names of the faction delegates who will sit on the council’s equipment (AKD).
As for the changes to the commissions, namely: Commission I (Government Sector) the position of deputy chairman of Commission I from the PDI-P Faction was originally Dedi Siprianto, S. Kom, MM replaced by H. A. Syarnubi, SP.MM while Chairman Antoni Yuzar, SH. MH and Secretary of the Commission H. Chairul S. Fixed Mattiah.
Commission II (Economic Sector) The secretary of Commission II, originally Firdaus, SH, was replaced by H.M. Subhan, SE from the PKS faction while the position of Chairman Asgianto, ST and Deputy Chairman Abusari, SH. M.Si remains.
Commission III (Financial Sector) The Chairman of the Commission was held by M. Yansuri, S.IP while the position of the original deputy chairman H. Novian Fauzi, SH was replaced by H. Sri Sutandi, SE, MBA while the original secretary position was Ike Mayasari, SH.M.H was replaced by Hj. Tina Malinda, SE, M.Si,.
Commission IV (Development Sector) MF. Ridho, ST.MT who was previously the Chairman of the Commission was replaced by Ir. Holda, M.Si, while Deputy Chair H. Hasbi Asadiki, S.Sos, MM and Secretary Nasrul Halim, SH remain the old ones.
Commission V (People’s Welfare Sector) The position of Secretary of the Commission was originally H. Fatra Radezayansah, ST. MM was replaced by H. David Hadrianto Aljufri.SH. Meanwhile, the Chairperson Susanto Ajis, SH and the Deputy Chairperson Mgs. Syaiful Padli, ST.MM still.
Meanwhile, of the 9 (nine) factions that underwent a change of position in the Golkar faction and the Hanura-Perindo faction, according to the Chairman of the DPRD of South Sumatra Province, the change in AKD was a proposal from 9 (nine) existing factions and had been submitted to the DPRD leadership and will stipulated in the Decree of the DPRD of South Sumatra Province.
The chairman of the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD hopes that the new AKD changes will improve performance even more, considering that in the near future the board’s task is to discuss the 2021 APBD Accountability Report and the 2022 APBD Amendment. (mhn/ril)
