Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDMD) must be a means for ASN to dare to compete and innovate. However, existing innovations also need to be improved. Don’t just wait for the application but how it will be implemented and how it can be useful in society.

“I want there to be upgrading in every job in every OPD. BKD and BPSDMD work together to ask the OPD what they need. Unify the vision and mission program for districts/cities in South Sumatra to create quality human resources through capacity building,” he requested.

HD hopes that through this activity, BPSDMD can reconstruct it even better. So it can produce a lot of quality human resources.
