Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The Governor of South Sumatra, H. Herman Deru (HD) opened the Tabligh Akbar directly at the Al-Hayza Mosque, Jl. East Cross of Serinanti Village, Kec. Pedamaran Kab. OKI in order to welcome the birthday of the great prophet Prophet Muhammad SAW.
In his speech, HD said that the Tabligh Akbar activities were carried out to always remember and carry out the entire government of Allah SWT.
“Welcoming the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, it indicates that we are aware that he was a human being created by Allah SWT specifically to provide guidance to all of us. This is a sign of our love which seeks to gather to know his example,” said HD.
Furthermore, HD added that he hoped that the implementation of the Tabligh Akbar and the additional spiritual blessings that would later be delivered by Ustadz Maulana would increase the strength of faith, increase the closeness of relationships with fellow human beings and with Allah SWT.
“Hopefully all of us who are present today will gain knowledge and increase our faith and worship,” said HD.
Apart from that, HD also had the opportunity to inaugurate the Bank Sumsel Babel ATM and hand over assistance from Bank Sumsel Babel in the form of 3 Mart Booths in the courtyard of the Al-Hayza Mosque.
Mart Booth itself is a Bank Sumsel Babel program in an effort to improve and develop the sharia economy in South Sumatra through MSME actors. (mhn/ril)
