Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The Governor of South Sumatra, H. Herman Deru, received a visit from the Regent of South Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency, Abusama SH, and his staff. The meeting, held at Griya Agung Palembang on Tuesday (August 26, 2025), aimed to strengthen ties and build synergy between the provincial and regency governments to achieve equitable development.
During the meeting, both parties discussed various strategic programs and important issues related to accelerating development in the South OKU region, particularly in preparation for the 2025 National Lake Ranau Grand Fondo event.
This visit reaffirmed Governor Herman Deru’s commitment to maintaining strong communication and coordination with all regional heads in South Sumatra for mutual progress. (rys/ril)
