HD Together with Coordinating Minister for the Economy Submit the People’s Business Credit Distribution

Palembang, The Indonesia Post – South Sumatra Governor H. Herman Deru attended the People’s Business Credit Distribution (KUR) event in South Sumatra Province organized by the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy of the Republic of Indonesia “Optimizing the Distribution of KUR Clusters in Improving Welfare and Economic Recovery”.

“Thank you, Minister for KUR, if there is more. 4.4 trillion in 2020 will be exhausted, in 2021, 8 trillion and in 2022 there is no limit,” said Governor Herman Deru (HD).

HD said that the Coordinating Minister, Erlangga, the father of MSMEs, from all policies starting from the social restriction (PPKM) which provided space to continue to provide activities that continued to implement the Health Program.

“To learn about banking, we continue to provide banking literacy to the public. The literacy rate in South Sumatra has exceeded the national level”.

Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto said the handing over of people’s business loans (KUR) given in groups, for example to meatballs, oil palm farmers and songket making and others.

“We appreciate the achievement of KUR in South Sumatra, which has a low NPL and the achievement has increased by 100 percent compared to 2020 which was 4.4 tons and in 2021, 8 tons, the government increased 285 tons to 373 tons in 2022, this means free trade, plantations, etc.,” he said. (ojn/ril)
