Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The South Sumatra Provincial Government held a Tabligh Akbar in commemoration of the 77th Anniversary of South Sumatra Province in 2023. This activity was personally attended by the Governor of South Sumatra H Herman Deru together with Deputy Governor of South Sumatra H Mawardi Yahya.
Governor Herman Deru said that this activity was held to increase gratitude for the anniversary of the South Sumatra Provincial Government and as a means of increasing religious knowledge and faith.
“From this Tabligh Akbar we want to listen to the teachings of our preachers. Where the knowledge that we can be expected to be a provision to be implemented in the surrounding environment,” said HD.
For this reason, HD also hopes that this activity can be participated in comfortably and full of joy but with wisdom. He even welcomed if there were local people who wanted to join in this sermon.
“The knowledge that we will get in this meeting will be shared with anyone regardless of social status. Because everyone has the right to hear and practice it,” he concluded.
This activity presented Ustadz Syamsuddin Mur Makka, S.Sos.I., SQ, MA as a speaker and was attended by Echelon III and IV and OPD staff within the South Sumatra Provincial Government. (mhn/ril)
