South Sumatra Governor Submits 78 Land Certificates in Lubuk Linggau City

Lubuk Linggau, The Indonesia Post – Governor of South Sumatra H. Herman Deru (HD) handed over land certificates symbolically.

To the certificate recipients, HD hopes that it can become a productive file such as being considered in getting the People’s Business Credit (KUR).

Then, specifically for certificates of places of worship and public facilities so that they can be maintained properly.

“Hopefully this certificate will be useful for the recipients. This handover has actually been carried out for the umpteenth time, we hope that all land rights in the South Sumatra region will be certified,” said HD.

The Mayor of Lubuk Linggau, Prana Putra Sohe, said that the Lubuk Linggau City BPN has now mapped the integrity zone in Lubuk Linggau. “Currently it is very easy for the people of Lubuk Linggau City who want to take care of land certificates. In less than three days it will be finished,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Lubuk Linggau BPN Office, Kelik Budiono, Ptnh., MM., said that the handover of the certificate was aimed at providing legal certainty to the certificate recipients, especially in places of worship, as well as assets belonging to the local government.

“There are 78 land certificates submitted today, including assets belonging to PT. PLN, BUMN assets in the form of roads, waqf there are two parcels of land, then company land certificates, Musirawas Regency Government assets, Muratara Regency Government assets and others,” he said. (mhn/ril)
