Palembang, The Indonesia Post – Chairperson of the Legislative Council (DPRD) of South Sumatra Province, Mrs. Dr. Hj. R.A. Anita Noeringhati, SH., MH., attended a meeting with Forkopimda regarding preparations for welcoming Eid al-Fitr 1445 H” which was held at Griya Agung Palembang. Monday (8/4/202).
In the meeting which was attended by the Acting Governor of South Sumatra, Agus Fatoni, various important agendas were discussed including strategies for regulating traffic, public services, controlling the prices of basic commodities as well as preventive measures to maintain safety and order and smooth running ahead of Eid al-Fitr.
Dr Hj.RA.Anita Noeringhati SH MH Chair of the South Sumatra DPRD conveyed the importance of cooperation between various related agencies in responding to challenges that may arise.
He also invited the entire community to jointly support and play an active role in maintaining smoothness and safety during the Eid homecoming period.
“All parties are expected to contribute to creating a conducive atmosphere and maintaining collective security and order,” he hoped. (ojn/ril)
