Palembang, The Indonesia Post – Leaders and Members of South Sumatra Provincial Legislative Council (DPRD) listened to the Governor’s explanation of the Draft Regional Budget (Raperda) on Accountability for the Implementation of the South Sumatra Provincial/regional Budget (APBD) for the 2021 Fiscal Year at the Plenary Meeting today, Wednesday, 8/6/2022.
LI’s Plenary Meeting (51) with an Agenda for Submission of Governor’s Explanation to the Raperda of the Province of South Sumatra concerning the Accountability of the Implementation of the Regional Budget of the Province of South Sumatra for the 2021 Fiscal Year led by the Chairman of the DPRD of the Province of South Sumatra; Hj. R.A. Anita Noeringhati, SH. MH was accompanied by the Deputy Chairman of the DPRD Prov. South Sumatra; H.M. Giri Ramanda N Kiemas, SE, MM, attended by the Governor of South Sumatra; H. Herman Deru, Forkopimda Elements and OPD Representatives in the South Sumatra Province and other invited guests.
Before listening to the Governor’s explanation, the Chair of the DPRD Prov. South Sumatra on behalf of the leadership and members of the Provincial DPRD. South Sumatra congratulates the Governor of South Sumatra and his top ranks for achieving the title of Unqualified Opinion (WTP) for the eighth time in a row since 2014 until the new one achieved for 2021 on the South Sumatra Provincial Government Financial Report from the BPK RI Representative of South Sumatra. The congratulations were immediately greeted with applause by the members of the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD and other Plenary Meeting Participants.
In his explanation, the Governor of South Sumatra conveyed several points including:
•The value of the South Sumatra Provincial Government’s Assets in 2021 will increase by 4.10% from the previous Rp. 31.99 Trillion to Rp. 33.30 Trillion.
•The value of liabilities/debts of the Government of the South Sumatra Provincial Government of Rp. 1.44 trillion, an increase of 68.87% from the previous year of Rp. 852.70 billion.
•Realization of the Provincial Budget. South Sumatra in 2021 can be explained that the •realization of income is Rp. 9.61 trillion or 88.99% of the budget of Rp. 10.8 trillion.
•In terms of spending, the realization in 2021 is Rp. 10.06 Trillion or 88.17% of the planned Rp. 11.41 Trillion.
•Net Financing, realized Rp.529.15 billion or 86.86% of the budget of Rp. 609.23 Billion.
•The Remaining Budget Calculation (SiLPA) is Rp. 79.72 billion.
After listening to the Governor’s explanation, the 51st Plenary Session of the discussion at the first level was suspended to give the factions an opportunity to prepare their General Views which will be presented at the Next Plenary Meeting on 13 June 2022. (ojn/ril)
