Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The Regional Secretary of South Sumatra Province, Drs. H. Edward Candra, MH, led a meeting to prepare the work program of the Flyover Construction Acceleration Team at Level Crossings in Muara Enim Regency which was held in the Bina Praja Meeting Room of South Sumatra Province, Friday (6/3/2026).
The meeting was held to coordinate the steps for implementing the construction, prepare the team’s work program, identify financing needs, and expedite the licensing process so that the construction of the flyover at the level crossing in Muara Enim Regency can be realized immediately.
In his direction, the Regional Secretary emphasized the importance of synergy and coordination between agencies to accelerate the planning process to the implementation of development, considering that the presence of the flyover is expected to improve safety and smooth traffic flow in the area.
This meeting was attended by various government institutions and related agencies, including the BPKP Representative of South Sumatra Province, the National Land Agency of South Sumatra Province, the Class II Land Transportation Management Center of South Sumatra, the National Road Implementation Center, the Railway Engineering Center of South Sumatra Province, as well as Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the South Sumatra Provincial Government and the Muara Enim Regency Government.
It is hoped that this meeting will foster a unified approach and commitment from all relevant parties to support the accelerated construction of the flyover at the level crossing, ensuring its immediate benefits to the community. (mhn/ril)
