Palembang, The Indonesia Post – After previously the Leaders and Members of the South Sumatra Provincial Legislative Council (DPRD Sumsel) went down to their respective Electoral Districts (Dapil) in the Recess agenda phase I of 2022 which was held from 20 to 27 March 2022.
Today the Leaders and Members of the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD submitted proposals or aspirations from the community from their electoral districts at the XLVII Plenary Meeting (47) with the agenda of submitting a report on the results of the Recess Activities of the Leaders and Members of the South Sumatra DPRD.
The Plenary Meeting is chaired by the Chairperson of the Provincial DPRD, South Sumatra; Hj. RA. Anita Noeringhati, SH, MH attended by the Governor of South Sumatra represented by Acting. Provincial Secretary. South Sumatra; Ir. SA. Supriono and OPD Representatives and other invited guests.
Alternately, each Reporting Party from 10 electoral districts submits the results of the recess, starting with the submission of the recess report from the South Sumatra I electoral district with the rapporteur; Dedi Siprianto, S.Kom, MM,
Then the South Sumatra II electoral district recess Report was submitted by Tamtama Tanjung, the South Sumatra III electoral district recess Report was submitted by H. Askweni, S. Pd, the fourth South Sumatra electoral district recess Report was submitted by Lindawati Syarofi, SH. , MH,
Recess Report for South Sumatra Electoral District V submitted by Andie Dinialdie, SE, Recess Report for South Sumatra Electoral District VI submitted by Firdaus, SH, Recess Report for South Sumatra District VII submitted by H. David Hadrianto Aljufri, Recess Report for South Sumatra VIII electoral district submitted by Drs. H. Solehan Ismail,
South Sumatra IX electoral district recess report submitted by Drs. Tamrin, M.Si, and ended with the submission of the South Sumatra X District Recess Report by Marzuki, SE.
In the recess report, each rapporteur conveys the aspirations of the community, including issues of infrastructure, education, health, agriculture, religion, government and efforts to restore the economy of the community affected by the pandemic.
On this occasion the Chairperson of the DPRD Prov. South Sumatra; Hj. RA. Anita Noeringhati, SH, MH emphasized that the Recess Report was a sign of seriousness and concern for the leadership and members of the Provincial DPRD. South Sumatra towards the Community submitted by each Whistleblower can be considered by the executive:
“The report on the results of the Phase I Recess Activity for the Leaders and Members of the DPRD of South Sumatra Province for Fiscal Year 2022 which has been submitted by each of the Electoral Districts is a real proof of the concern and seriousness of the DPRD of South Sumatra Province towards the people of South Sumatra in the context of implementing development programs in South Sumatra. South Sumatra Province, it is hoped that the Governor of South Sumatra and his staff can accommodate the Report on the Results of the Implementation of the Recess Activity which can be taken into consideration in the context of planning, compiling, implementing and improving development in the Province of South Sumatra in the following years, “said the Chairman of the DPRD Prov. South Sumatra.
The Plenary Meeting ended with the signing of the South Sumatra Provincial DPRD Decree regarding the report on the results of the Recess implementation, the draft of which was read out previously by the Secretary of the Provincial DPRD.
