Palembang, The Indonesia Post – After the Special Committee (Pansus) formed at the last plenary (11/4) conducted discussions and research from 12 to 22 April 2022 with related partners, today (25/4) the Five Special Committees submitted their Reports at the XLVIII Plenary Meeting with the agenda of Submission Report on the results of the discussion and research of the Provincial Legislative Council (DPRD) Special Committees. South Sumatra against the South Sumatra Governor’s Accountability report (LKPJ) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2021.
In line with their report, the Special Committees conveyed the conclusion that they could understand and accept the LKPJ of the Governor of FY 2021. The Plenary Meeting was chaired by the Deputy Chair of the Provincial DPRD. South Sumatra; Kartika Sandra Desi, SH, attended by the Governor of South Sumatra represented by the Deputy Governor of South Sumatra; Ir. H. Mawardi Yahya, OPD Representative within the Provincial Government. South Sumatra and other invited guests.
Before starting the Submission of the Special Committee Report, the Chairperson of the Meeting conveys the basis or basis of the Plenary agenda:
“In accordance with the Agenda of the XLVIII (48) Plenary Meeting today, and based on the provisions of Article 222 Paragraph (7) letter b of South Sumatra Provincial DPRD Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning Amendments to South Sumatra Provincial DPRD Regulation No. 22 of 2020 concerning the rules of the Provincial DPRD South Sumatra, the results of the discussion and research of the special special committees must be reported in the plenary session” explained the deputy chairman of the provincial parliament. Furthermore, each Special Committee spokesperson will present a report on the results of their discussions and research, starting with the Special Committee Report I submitted by H. Juanda Hanafiah, SH, MM, the Special Committee II Report submitted by Yenny Elita, S. Pd, MM, then the Special Committee III Report will be submitted by Ir. M. Kanoviyandri, Special Committee Report IV submitted by H. David Hadrianto Aljufri, SH and finally Special Committee Report V submitted by Susanto Ajis, SH.
In their Reports, each Special Committee provides strategic notes, suggestions, input, or corrections to various programs and activities for the implementation of the Regional Government which in conclusion can understand and accept the 2021 FY Governor’s LKPJ.
Furthermore, a Formulating Team will be formed to draw up recommendations which will compile and compile the LKPJ Recommendations based on the results of the Special Committee-Pansus Discussion and research, and the recommendations will be submitted to the Regional Heads in the Plenary Meeting for the submission of recommendations to be implemented on Monday, 9 May 2022 which will be held on Monday, 9 May 2022. will come.
Before closing the Plenary Meeting, the Chairperson of the Meeting expressed his gratitude to all parties involved in the discussion of the LKPJ Governor FY 2021:
