Moreover, she knows exactly, none of my Instagram uploads have been watched that much.
I was also curious and watched the upload on Instagram. After watching it, there is nothing special. Only short videos containing messages missing the atmosphere of school. The background is a photo of classmates and teachers accompanied by music. The video is very simple. The effect, too, is very simple. Made with a simple application from a smartphone. Anyway, nothing special. Understandably, that simple video was made by a 10 year old girl who is in the 6th grade of elementary school.
I then tried to see who might be watching the video. I want to know. I’m really curious. Understandably this is a girl. As parents, of course they are worried about their children’s associations. But it can’t. Whoever watched the video could not be seen.
Over time I thought, maybe the people watching this video are their peers. Children who have been bored with the new normal. Those who are tired of corona. Who has been inactive outside the house for months. Who has been for months studying virtual from home. Who miss the school atmosphere. Who misses the teacher and friends.
This feeling is not only felt by school-age children. It may also be felt by workers and parents. That’s why it’s no wonder that the market, malls, cinemas, offices, restaurants and angkringan are again busy. And not a few of them ignore health protocols.
Everyone seems bored with corona. Tired of new normal. Tired of health protocols. Everything seems to feel safe because the corona vaccine has been found. In fact, the sinovac vaccine that Bio Farma will reproduce will only be completed at the beginning of next year.
We are not Hong Kong, which yesterday had just mass vaccinated all of its citizens. We are the month of Wuhan, which has started to reopen schools. However, it will enter Indonesia gradually. Not even now. Still have to wait months more.
