On the other hand, banks as a channel of credit to MSMEs continue to apply the precautionary principle in the midst of the high risk of default. This is where the role of a credit guarantee is needed. That is why the working capital credit will be guaranteed by the government.
“Therefore, both Jamkrindo and Askrindo are expected to be able to actively carry out their programs so that this working capital can be done by banks,” he said.
For information, the Government has budgeted fiscal support for handling the Covid-19 pandemic. Total budgeted fiscal support is Rp.695.20 T.
