Palembang, The Indonesia Post – Governor of South Sumatra H. Herman Deru invited young people who are members of the Indonesian Islamic Student Movement Alumni Association (IKA PMII) of South Sumatra to take part in giving their contribution in advancing development in South Sumatra.
This hope was conveyed by the Governor when attending the inauguration of the IKA PMII management at Griya Agung, Saturday (19/9) night.
Not only that, Herman Deru also hopes that IKA PMII can contribute ideas as a solution in answering all the challenges that are currently happening in the community. Because the public is waiting for what IKA PMII will do.
“As a place full of respect, of course the people out there are waiting for what will be done by IKA PMII,” he said.
Especially for Amiruddin Nahrawi as Chairman of the IKA PMII who recently and its management. Governor Herman Deru left a message to always maintain the good image of the organization and also the image of the individual. Therefore, the use of expression management needs to be applied when in contact with society.
“Congratulations on your appointment as chairman and management of the PMII IKA. Hopefully this position will bring blessings and benefit the community for his deeds,” he concluded.
Meanwhile, the Executive Board of the PMII IKA, M. Sudarto expressed his gratitude to the Governor, Herman Deru, for facilitating the inauguration so that IKA PMII Sumsel could run smoothly.
“This PMII IKA must be beneficial for South Sumatra. We build synergy and build togetherness so that it becomes a great strength for the PMII IKA and regional progress,” he said as well as congratulating the committee who had been appointed. (jekk/ril)
