2024 KIP Monitoring and Evaluation, Elen Setiadi Delivers Public Test Presentation

Palembang, The Indonesia Post – In the context of the Implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Agency Information Disclosure in 2024 which has now entered the Public Test Presentation stage. Acting Governor of South Sumatra Elen Setiadi delivered a Public Test presentation organized by the Central Information Commission of the Republic of Indonesia. Jakarta, Tuesday (12/11/2024).

In his presentation, Elen said that he was very committed to the existence of public information disclosure where the South Sumatra Provincial Government has made various innovations by providing public access rights through several applications that can be accessed.

“This is part of our efforts to improve public services and the most important thing is digital access for the community which is very much needed in South Sumatra, We thank you for being invited to present public information disclosure in South Sumatra. Hopefully it will have a positive impact on the people of South Sumatra, “he said.

Elen added that public information disclosure in South Sumatra is part of the implementation of Law No. 2014 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure (KIP).

“From the aspect of digitalization, the South Sumatra Provincial Government has made various efforts to support the openness of public information on website-based applications to make it easier for the public to access data, some of which include the Forest and Land Fire Control Operating System (SONGKET), the South Sumatra One Data Information System (SIMATA),” he said.

Elen further said that the South Sumatra Provincial Government through PPID provides various types of information, both periodic information, immediate information and information at any time, which information can be accessed through the official website www.ppid.sumselprov.go.id or directly through the PPID service desk at the South Sumatra Provincial Communication and Information Office.
