Palembang, The Indonesia Post – The Governor of South Sumatra H. Herman Deru said that every celebration and birthday there must be changes, not only changes in appearance but focus on service.
This was stated at the Bank Sumsel Babel Family Friendly Gathering and at the same time the 64th Anniversary of Bank Sumsel Babel Celebration.
“There must be a change and there must be something different so that the community will love it more,” said Governor Herman Deru (HD).
In the direction, HD stated that in this anniversary, there must be something different, stay active and have to innovate regardless of ethnicity and religion in recruiting customers.
“The birth of every bank must have an essence focused on public service, Banks may progress and must not abandon local wisdom”.
HD said that it was very necessary and needed to improve services, namely picking up the ball in all lines and we invite customers to feel like they belong (sense of belonging) and we need customers close to customers not to be exclusive.
“Be careful with market culture, anyone must be served because South Sumatra is heterogeneous. Make customers kings,” he said.
“It is very necessary to recruit employees in every village so that Bank Sumsel Babel is increasingly owned. I do not intervene but are under healthy supervision,” he concluded. (jek/ril)
