Palembang, The Indonesia Post – HD, who was still wearing field clothes after observing the flood disaster in Muara Lakitan and Sekayu Muba regarding the flood disaster and its disaster management, went straight to Jakabaring Sport City to attend and open the Darul Arqam Regeneration of Muhammadiyah Aisiyah Leaders throughout South Sumatra.
“It is an honor that I feel, to be invited to be able to attend and open this Darul Arqam cadre event. Not only in Muhammadiyah, the teachings of this assembly indoctrinate persistence in fighting. We introspect ourselves, what concerns have been reduced towards ourselves and towards our organization” said HD.
HD also reminded that starting from cadres to organizations must move. And it has been proven that Muhammadiyah is indeed extraordinary in its education, starting from kindergarten, elementary, junior high, high school and even the university. All must unite to become strength,” concluded HD.
Chairman of the South Sumatra Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership Riduan Hayatuddin said the presence of the Governor of South Sumatra was a good sign between Muhamadiyah and the South Sumatra Provincial Government.
“Where he was from observing the floods in Musi Rawas, he immediately came here still wearing boots, but still took the time to attend and see his house (aqram),” said Riduan. .
The cadre activity was attended by approximately 200 participants. And the event takes place from March 14 – 17 2023. Participants come from Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership, Aisiyah: Palembang, Ogan Ilir, OKU, L. Linggau, Musirawas, Ogan Komering Ilir, Prabumulih, Muba, Banyuasin, Oku Timur and Lahat. (mhn/ril)
