Palembang, The Indonesia Post – South Sumatra Governor H. Herman Deru Officially inaugurated 101 Prospective Civil Servants (CPNS) in the South Sumatra Provincial Government for the 2024 fiscal year formation, at Graha Bina Praja. Friday, 09/05/2025.
In his direction, HD said that since everyone chooses their life path to become a CPNS, he hopes that it will not be used as a trial and error and should be based on their own choices so that they can be responsible for the challenges that will be faced as ASN.
“Don’t just fulfill the wishes of outside parties to become PNS, since you were inaugurated, you are public servants, not bosses. We don’t want any complaints from the public because of your lack of concern for the public,” he said in giving direction to the CPNS who had just been inaugurated.
He continued that all ASN have understood their duties as public servants so that they are able to provide work and innovation to the country, especially the people of South Sumatra Province.
“If you have become a civil servant, close the hope of becoming rich, but be sufficient and responsible for the mandate you have. Good luck with your work, hopefully you can make your family and yourself and the country proud,” he added
Meanwhile, the Head of the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of South Sumatra Province H. Ismail Fahmi, S.IP., M.Si said that there were 4025 people who registered for CPNS in 2024 and had 185 formations of which 104 participants had passed the administration, then 3 resigned and there were 81 sub-specialists who had no applicants.
Also present were the Head of the South Sumatra Provincial Communication and Information Service Rika Efianti, S.E., M.M, Head of the South Sumatra Youth and Sports Service Rudi Irawan, S.Sos and other OPDs. (ojn/ril)
